Why Hire Us
Solomon & Relihan in the Community and in the Courtroom
A 5-Star Rating for Personal Service
At Solomon & Relihan, we seek to provide the highest degree of customer service. In order to ensure we meet that goal, we invite every client to rate our performance. We've done this for the past 12 years. Our clients have consistently given us rave reviews.
While results in the courtroom or at the negotiating table are certainly important, what we've heard from many of our clients is how much they appreciated the concern, personal attention and responsiveness of our attorneys and staff.
- We recognize our clients when they come in the door. We know them by name.
- We answer their calls and their questions promptly.
- We treat everyone with dignity and respect.
- We truly care about their family and their case.
When you work with Solomon & Relihan, you are not alone. We are sensitive to the trauma your family has suffered and we are here to help. Contact our Phoenix personal injury law office.
Advocates for the Elderly
Nursing home abuse and neglect cases mean more to us than just a paycheck. Our firm blazed a trail for Arizona seniors by bringing the first nursing home neglect case to trial. We were the first Arizona law firm to devote attention to the issues of seniors.
Our attorneys and staff are advocates in the community. We have served on the Arizona Center for Disability Law board, on the board of the Arizona Center for Law in the Public Interest, and are members of the Maricopa County Elder Abuse Prevention Alliance.
We educate others to be legal advocates for seniors and vulnerable citizens. We do extensive public speaking to civic groups, professionals and family groups, helping them identify signs of abuse and neglect in seniors. We teach other lawyers, through continuing legal education, how to advocate for seniors in nursing homes and assisted living centers.
If you would like someone from our firm to come to speak to your community group or workplace group, contact our office to schedule a speaker. Be sure to list your group you represent.
If you suspect that your loved one has been neglected or abused in an Arizona nursing home, contact us to speak with an attorney at no cost.
